dhis-server software package provides Dynamic Host Information System - server, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dhis-server
dhis-server is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dhis-server package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dhis-server *
You will get with dhis-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
